The consent package included the previous regular meeting minutes, executive session minutes destruction, the treasurer's report, approval of monthly bills and payroll; the motion was made by Josh Zurliene and seconded by Justin Atwood.
The recorded roll-call votes showed approval by the members present at the time; Beth Titzer and Jarad Blanton were recorded absent for the vote. The action cleared routine business to allow the Board to proceed to the FY25 budget adoption and subsequent personnel items.
