Board moves into closed session, approves closed minutes and adjourns
Summary

Trustee Emily Maxwell moved and Kelsy Hart seconded that the board adjourn into closed session under ILCS 120/2(c) for matters including personnel, individual student matters, pending or probable litigation, and purchase of property. The motion passed by voice vote, 7–0.
After closed session the board approved closed‑session minutes (motion by Graham Gletty, seconded by Kelsy Hart), reconvened into regular session at 8:48 p.m., approved the front‑lobby bid and then adjourned at 8:50 p.m. The minutes record signatures of Josh Merchant (President) and Emily Maxwell (Secretary).
