The Board later approved the 2025 Audit Engagement Letter with Barbara Akins for $9,960 and an additional $1,950 for the Tax Collector Audit; that motion, moved by Stefan Laessig and seconded by Dottie Diehl, also carried 4‑0.
No new budget amendments were recorded in the minutes. The Treasurer's Report and the audit engagement were entered into the official meeting record.
