The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Stefan Laessig and seconded by Dottie Diehl; it carried unanimously, 4‑0. The award ceremony took place during the Special Business portion of the meeting held at the Township Municipal Building in East Greenville.
Board members and staff highlighted Puhalla’s long‑term community service during the presentation. The resolution recognizing Puhalla was entered into the municipal record.
