Council approves Ridgway Rocks festival dates, allows beer sales

Councilor Montague moved to approve the event; Mayor Pro Tem Lakin seconded and the motion carried with Councilor Kroger abstaining.
Council placed standard conditions on events and noted coordination with vendors and park staff. No additional fees or deviations from the presented plan were authorized at the meeting.
