City to publish notice of property exchange with Illinois American Water Company; public hearing set for Nov. 26

Illinois American Water Company will compensate the city $22,500 because the city’s parcel has a higher appraised value.
The council approved the resolution authorizing publication and scheduled the hearing; the exchange and compensation amount were presented in the meeting minutes and described by the city attorney.
