President: Vendor Market was 'a great success'; officers and public works praised for storm response

Lopez additionally reported community interest in local commercial spaces, saying All About Wine has expressed interest in leasing the Henrys Appliance space for events. The remarks were part of the President’s opening report and followed roll call and the Pledge of Allegiance.
