Trappe Awards Sewer-Liner Contract to Premier Service Group, Will Use ARPA Interest to Cover Shortfall

The council moved to approve the bid from Premier Service Group and to use interest earned from ARPA funds to pay the deficit; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Walter Chase and passed unanimously. The minutes note this is the same company that installed liners earlier in the year on Main Street.
