Developer to adjust Lakeside plantings after Piney Hill residents complain of inadequate screening

President Newnam said in addition to trees that grow tall, the council would like to see lower-level plantings to provide a quicker buffer. The council expressed satisfaction with the developer’s commitments and gave permission for Lakeside to move forward with the adjusted planting plan; minutes indicate the council accepted the developer's response to the complaint.
