Trappe council introduces ordinance to regulate placement of refuse receptacles; public hearing set for Oct. 1

The motion to introduce passed 4–1, with Commissioner Brian Schmidt recorded as voting no and Commissioners Sullivan, Newnam, Potter and Chase recorded as yes.
