Commission approves permits for ambulance storage and small automotive sales operation

Attorney Jason Black said the business will lease roughly 2,000 square feet and "would have approximately 15 to 20 cars parked on site." The approval includes conditions requiring resubmission of a site plan to meet off‑street parking minimums, prohibition on junk vehicles, and a requirement that outdoor sale lots be paved in designated parking areas.
Both approvals passed with unanimous votes and include conditions meant to limit off‑site impacts and ensure compliance with city development standards.
