Commission approves special-use permit for Stonehedge wedding venue with parking, noise and lighting conditions

The approval is limited to the applicant (the SUP expires if the applicant vacates the property), and the commission imposed conditions requiring clearly identified on-site and alternative off-site parking, Planning Director approval of noise and lighting control measures, and noted that the SUP does not provide relief from other zoning or development regulation requirements. The motion was made by Mr. Burge and seconded by Mr. Weeks; the vote was Ayes 3, Nays 0.
