Board pulls and tables bond counsel and municipal-advisor procurements

During consent agenda review, the board pulled items for Bond Counsel Services and Municipal Advisor Services and later voted to table both items for further consideration.
At the Oct. 8 meeting the Board of Education pulled agenda items 13.10.7 (Bond Counsel Services) and 13.10.8 (Municipal Advisor Services) from the Consent Agenda for additional consideration. Member Fernando Godinez moved to pull the items and Member Jessica Jaramillo-Flores seconded; the board then voted to table each item during the consent process.
The remainder of the amended Consent Agenda was approved after the two items were tabled. The minutes list those two procurements as "TABLED" and show that the board expects further legal review or negotiation before returning the items to the board for action.
