Committee plans case study, breakout prompts and optional Slido polling for public input

To ensure productive breakout discussions, the committee agreed to a short case study (housing-focused) to set a common baseline and three short, plain-language polling questions to take at the start and close of the presentation. Rashida Jones offered to add Slido polling to the finished presentation and to help test it, while Janice Banks proposed a low-tech fallback of note cards and printed facilitation guides for attendees uncomfortable with smartphone polling.
"I can slide in the Slido function and then we can test it," Rashida Jones said, offering to help integrate interactive polling if the final PPTX is sent in native format. Committee members agreed to include a small set of seed questions (e.g., "Why did you show up?" "Are you familiar with pilots?") and to provide facilitators and a co-facilitator at each table to capture notes and rankings.
