Board adopts instructional materials resolution, GANN limit and revises meeting calendar

At the Sept. 11 meeting the Corning Union High School District Board adopted Resolution No. 479 concerning instructional materials and approved the GANN Limit Resolution No. 480, both by unanimous vote.
Trustee Jim Bingham moved and Cody Lamb seconded a separate motion to revise the board's meeting dates for the 2025-26 calendar so the December meeting aligns with the academic calendar; trustees unanimously agreed to the change. The board also authorized a demographic analysis proposal and approved variable term waiver requests for two staff members.
