The pact also notes that terms apply to employees actively employed at ratification and that bargaining for 2027–28 openers will be addressed per the contract provisions.
Board members made the motion and vote in open session after the board returned from closed session; district staff will carry out the required notifications and payroll adjustments under the contract language. The district also disclosed the collective bargaining materials to the Tehama County Superintendent of Schools in accordance with AB 1200 and Government Code Section 3547.5.
