Terra Verde recommends utility-rate analysis after decade of rising site energy demand

Will Stockton of Terra Verde Energy presented the district's annual solar performance review and told trustees that "over the past 10 years, site electricity demand has materially increased due to added loads such as state‑mandated programs, expanded facility use, and greater year‑round occupancy."
