Daniel Miller of planning staff told commissioners a joint meeting with the City Council is scheduled for March 2 at 4:30 p.m. He said the city attorney, planning staff and the new council members will attend and that four public hearings are on the agenda that night, including a four-lot commercial subdivision, a conditional use permit for front setbacks, a sign-code update to Title 8 and a 12-lot subdivision north of the high school.
Miller said the joint meeting is intended to get staff and council in the same room to discuss matters coming before both bodies and noted that the next planning commission meeting will include those hearings. He offered to coordinate logistics for the meeting and asked commissioners to advise staff about any schedule needs.
