Farmingdale water department reports wells operational, SCADA progress and regulatory step for Well 2-3

Water department updates noted that Wells 1–3 are fully operational and Plant 2 Well 2-2 is manually operational and being used to fill tanks with the ability to come "to system" if needed. The SCADA control system is nearing completion, and village staff are evaluating a ground tank roof and structure for repairs or replacement.
Philip Ross Industries reported that Well 2-3 will be returned to operation as soon as possible but requires approval from the Nassau County Health Department before reactivation. John Falbo reported Ridge Road well AOP and GAC preparations for a Board of Health walkthrough and scheduled hydrant flushing.
