A permit has been issued for 7-11 and Sunoco and fees paid; discussions continue regarding demolition permits. The Verizon Clock Tower cell-service installation hearing at the Marquis Shopping Center was adjourned until Jan. 5, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
Inspectors reported safety inspections are nearing completion and rental inspections are underway. Burgerology received a summons over grease spatter and was directed to come into compliance and pay an overdue $5,000 parking fee; Building Inspector Cinquemani will meet managers. Pour Authority has a final inspection upcoming and will receive a Special Use Permit and make payment when its Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
