Building department reports permit activity, inspections and several commercial compliance issues

Burgerology received a summons over grease spatter and was directed to come into compliance and pay an overdue $5,000 parking fee; Building Inspector Cinquemani will meet managers. Pour Authority has a final inspection upcoming and will receive a Special Use Permit and make payment when its Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
