Building Department: permits issued for 7‑11 and Sunoco; Burgerology cited over grease spatter and overdue fee

Code enforcement action was also discussed: Burgerology was issued a summons for grease spatter affecting adjacent vehicles and must come into compliance and pay an overdue $5,000 parking fee. Ruckdeschel was assigned to contact the manager to arrange a meeting. Other matters noted included follow-up on 203 Staples Street, outreach on 20 Quaker Lane by Building Inspector Cinquemani, and a meeting between the owner of Casa Stellina and the inspector.
