Roll-call vote: Kathy yes, Bill yes, Josh no, Kevin yes, Chair Heidi yes. Outcome: approved (4–1). Josh explained his 'no' vote by citing MSBA comments identifying classroom and media-center shortfalls; other members said the question should go to voters to avoid project delay and increased costs.
Both votes set next steps: the MOA will guide inter-board coordination and restoration planning for Warner Field; town staff must submit the ballot language to the Secretary of State and publish MSBA reimbursement details once provided.
