The Notus City Council approved the disbursement list totaling $4,394.66. Councilman Steve Ahlborn moved to approve the disbursements and Blaide Connor seconded; the roll call vote was recorded as Ahlborn, B. Connor, Hartsock and L. Connor — all voting yes.
The council also accepted Community Events meeting minutes dated June 9, 2026 after a motion by Rob Hartsock and a second from Blaide Connor; that motion carried by roll call. For IT equipment, the council reviewed two quotes for replacement computers for the treasurer and clerk. Benconnected quoted $3,451.94 and Corporate Technologies quoted $3,881.15. Steve Ahlborn moved to accept Benconnected's quote at $3,451.94; Blaide Connor seconded and the motion carried by roll call vote.
At the end of the meeting Steve Ahlborn moved to adjourn at 10:03 p.m.; Rob Hartsock seconded and the adjournment motion carried.
