Hartsock's motion was seconded by Councilman Blaide Connor. A roll-call vote recorded Hartsock, B. Connor and Steve Ahlborn in favor and Lupita Connor opposed; the motion carried 3—1.
City Clerk Loretta Vollmer will reflect the requested material in the official minutes per L. Connor's request.
