At the start of the meeting the chair proposed producing small brochures or photo cards for volunteers so staff and fellow officials can more easily recognize board and commission members. "If you haven't seen these little brochures before... we would like a photo, a name," the chair said, noting staff will work on a lower‑cost version.
Later in the session volunteers from the library board, planning and zoning, design review, PPRC and other advisory bodies stood and introduced themselves and their terms. Police Chief Travis Scribe introduced himself and asked that staff notify the department in advance when meetings might require additional support for decorum: "I'm your police chief for the city of Eagle ... I would appreciate notification before that happens," he said.
