Deputy Assessor Angie Wilson told commissioners Jeffrey City Water and Sewer is requesting 7.999 mills of a maximum 8 mills for water and sewer improvements. She described several senior citizen service district levies (Lander 1.976, Riverton 2, Shoshone 1.5) and said many other water, sewer and improvement districts are fee-based and are not requesting mills this year.
Wilson said the packet includes supporting pages listing which districts are fee-based and a one-sheet summary with total levies per tax district. Commissioners approved the compiled list later in the meeting by voice vote.
