Staff outlines SLFRF reporting and spending deadlines as funds are obligated

The chair specified that the next report is due either 01/31/2025 (for quarterly reporters) or 04/30/2025 (for annual reporters).
Staff (S3) reminded members that, separate from the obligation date, the county has until December 2026 to spend the funds. The board's obligation vote at the meeting was taken with those deadlines in mind; staff will prepare the formal language so the obligation is recorded in the required reporting.
