Senate passes bill to create certified medication-aid registry

He said the registry will make it easier for employers to determine that a person is qualified and reduce process burdens for applicants.
The substituted bill was read for the final time, the title was agreed to, and final passage was recorded with 46 ayes and 0 nays. Senator Costello asked unanimous consent to withdraw the companion Senate file; consent was granted.
