The commission authorized an amended statement of work with Accenture LLP adding $2,435,950 to support additional implementation work on the Oracle Fusion ERP project and approved a separate budget‑software upgrade from Unisolutions for $116,666.24. Both measures passed during the meeting and county officials said funding for the ERP amendment comes from FY2026 capital improvement funds and the county's IT CIP.
CIO Sandra Perry told the commission that complex ERP projects commonly require scope adjustments identified during design and build sessions and that the additional work is needed to ensure Day‑1 functionality and compliance. "The project remains on track for completion with a go live of January 2026," she said. Deputy CFO Michael Thompson and the administration confirmed funding sources and contingency planning. The commission approved the Accenture amendment unanimously; the budget‑software contract also passed after staff outlined the interoperability benefits with the ERP platform.
