Mark Tashik urges pothole repairs on Heritage Parkway, offers help on lighting ordinance

Mark Tashik, a longtime resident who identified himself during the council’s citizen input period, asked the council when potholes on Heritage Parkway in Warwick will be fixed and offered to help city staff with the lighting ordinance slated for next month. “I’d like to know when the city is gonna be, have an opportunity to fix the potholes on, Heritage Parkway in Warwick,” he said during his three-minute comment.
Tashik told council he has lived in the area 27 years and said some potholes are growing “substantially large.” He also offered the city technical assistance for the lighting ordinance to ensure it is “optimal and very good” and noted he is available to provide input to staff. Chair encouraged staff to note the offer and the clerk confirmed Tashik had signed up for public comment.
