South Whittier presents 2026-27 proposed budget; board holds hearing and approves related resolutions

The Board opened a public hearing on the proposed budget at 7:20 PM and, having received no public comments, closed the hearing at 7:21 PM.
Following the presentation and hearing, the Board approved Business Services items including Resolution No. 25-26-020 (Year End Appropriation Transfers) and Resolution No. 26-27-001 (EPA Funds). The motions passed unanimously. The district will complete year‑end closeout activities and prepare unaudited actuals for fiscal year 2025-26 as part of normal budget processes.
