Highway Superintendent Dave Sorenson told the Board that work has begun on 425th Ave. He and Toby Morris of Colliers Securities reviewed potential funding sources for a possible 215th St. project, noting TIF revenue, Riverview donations and RPP funds as income sources for existing county debt obligations. Morris said he would need engineer numbers before confirming the 215th St. project could proceed.
Sorenson also presented a mastic application estimate for 9.4 miles on 441st Ave (Hwy 14 to 218th St.) for $222,750.00 and advised that the estimate exceeds the $150,000 he had budgeted. The Board took no action on that estimate during the meeting.
