Commissioner Rochelle Brown asked about construction dates for Wintergreen schools; Errickson confirmed Wintergreen Intermediate was built in 1984 and Wintergreen Primary in 1997. Commissioner Mary Perkins‑Williams asked whether funding tied to charter students follows the student mid‑year; Errickson said funding starts where a child begins the school year and only moves at reenrollment. The Board voted unanimously to receive the report and authorize the chairman to sign the required certification for submission to the State Board of Education.
