Josh Schmidt of Riverview LLC met with the board to discuss possible plans for improvements to roads around the Redstone Dairy. The board asked Schmidt and Highway Superintendent Dave Sorenson to collaborate on timelines, project quotes, necessary engineering and funding responsibilities.
Following that discussion the board approved proceeding with the State Planning & Research Program study, with the condition that Sorenson communicate with Riverview to ensure the study would not overlap Riverview's plans (motion by Nelson, second by Lee). All present voted aye.
