Greene County commissioners on Monday adopted a multi-year capital project budget ordinance that establishes the county’s authority to pay invoices for Greene County Elementary School.
County Manager (S3) told the board the measure is intended to allow prompt payment on invoices related to the project. “The 42,000,000 is the need based school funding the lottery, the lottery commission, grant written by doctor Rodney McNeil,” County Manager (S3) said during the presentation.

Chair (S1) called for a motion; Commissioner (S4) moved to approve and the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. The board did not discuss specific disbursement schedules during the meeting.
