Dave Sorenson, Kingsbury County Highway Superintendent, told the commission the road postings had been removed and that construction on the 425th Avenue project would start next week and require the road to be closed during work.
Sorenson also said core samples taken on 215th Street ‘look good’ with only a couple of spots needing extra consideration, and that Redstone Dairy plans to move forward with a related project and will cover engineering costs. Sorenson reported the county will contact an engineer to begin the process. He also told the Board the BRIC grant application for Structure Number 39-070-041 was denied and that the next step is to prepare bid-ready documents and resubmit.
