The Kingsbury County Board accepted Planning & Zoning Commission recommendations and adopted two plats during its Jan. 20 meeting.
Resolution 2026-3 approves the Plat of Ingalls Addition located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 110 North, Range 56 West of the 5th P.M. Resolution 2026-4 approves the Plat of Sullivan's Addition located in the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 34 in the same township and range. Both plats were recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission and adopted by motion and roll call vote; recorded votes show each commissioner voting "aye."
The minutes record that Steffensen read the resolutions and that the board "accepts and approves" the plats. The approvals move both plats into county records for whatever subsequent filing and recording actions are required under county platting procedures.
