The resolution establishes an additional 2026 budget authority of $3,666,000 for Repairs/Maintenance on the 425th Avenue project with proceeds from debt listed as the offsetting means of finance. The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Commissioner Troy Nelson and seconded by Commissioner Corey Lundquist; the roll call recorded Lee–aye, Spilde–aye, Walls–aye, Lundquist–aye and Nelson–aye.
The minutes record that construction on the 425th Avenue project is scheduled to begin the following week and that the road will be closed for the work. Auditor Steffensen read the resolution into the record; Chairman Kyle Lee left the meeting after the vote and Vice-Chairman Lundquist presided for the remainder of the session.
