The Senate adopted Senate Amendment 5154, returned to House File 2532 as amended, read the bill for final passage, and recorded 47 ayes and 0 nays.
Sponsor remarks emphasized making probate procedures "a little simpler for people dealing with some issues that, aren't very pleasant sometimes."
