The board briefly reviewed continuing-business items including files labeled 'BK Howard' and two Valley Resources references and confirmed there was no new correspondence on the 5 Mod subdivision.
A staff member also reported that Dustin Rhodes is working to provide information on an Overlay District matter. At the meeting's close a planner noted the board ‘‘allows the planning board when reasonable to waive any requirements for an application, if they find that they are not requisite in the interest of public health safety or general welfare,’’ reminding members of their procedural discretion in administration of submissions. Copies of the variance decision were noted as sent to the town clerk.
