Board says multiple projects are on hold pending county correspondence

"That is on hold. We're waiting for correspondence that is on hold," the Chair said while naming projects including Valley Resources LLC and Mohegan View Subdivision. The board did not take action on those items and indicated they will remain pending until the county and applicants provide the outstanding materials.
Staff and applicants were advised to follow up with the county highway department and planning staff to clear outstanding items before the matters are rescheduled for hearing or final action.
