The planning board tentatively set a public hearing for Nov. 10 on an application, but staff said the hearing is contingent on applicants submitting updated maps and required materials in advance.
"So what we're gonna do is we're gonna give you a tentative date for November 10, but you've gotta get us all the information," the Chair said. Staff clarified that applicants must provide updated maps at least 10 days prior to the hearing to meet notice and procedural requirements.
Why it matters: the date will only hold if county review items and updated technical documents are returned to the board in time; without those materials the board said it cannot schedule the matter for a public hearing. Applicants were directed to coordinate with staff (Felicia or Von Dev) and the board staffer David to complete paperwork.
