Lava-lot working group begins defining 'lava lot'; board tables reimbursement vote

Separately, community members raised the question of reimbursing lava-lot owners for a $100 assessment. Board members discussed legal concerns about reimbursement and, following community input, decided to table a vote until the board gathers more information on the best path forward and any legal constraints. No reimbursement motion was approved at the July 10 meeting.
