The Leilani Community Association Board of Directors voted 4-1 on July 10, 2025, to resume monthly meetings instead of continuing on a quarterly schedule. The change followed a point of order raised by Director Rod Kindell and was moved by President Richard Willing and seconded by Secretary John Segalla.
Board members said the shift to monthly meetings will allow more frequent oversight of working groups and quicker handling of time-sensitive issues. The vote was recorded as 4-1, with Rod Kindell objecting; Greg Armstrong and Al Morrow were absent from the roll call. The motion was recorded during the opening procedure and is intended to take effect immediately.
