I will be voting no," the trustee said, while also wishing the trip success. The motion still passed after other trustees voiced support and the item carried.
Other field trips approved included an 8th-grade science trip to the Bronx Zoo and an art-club trip to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, both in November 2025.
