ZBA votes to continue hearing, declares SEQR Type 2 for 1891 Carhartt Avenue; revisions due next Friday

After discussion the board voted to keep the public hearing open and continue the matter to the next regularly scheduled meeting to allow the applicant time to respond to staff and Planning Commission comments.
"I move we open public hearing," a committee member said; the motion was seconded and approved. Later the chair moved that the board determine the application a Type 2 action under SEQR/SEEKER and the board voted in favor. The chair then set a deadline: staff told the applicant revised drawings must be filed by next Friday for the application to remain on the next meeting agenda.
The board also approved available minutes from July 18, 2024 and closed the meeting. No final zoning approvals or denials were issued.
