The staff recommended certificate language allowing the Planning Director to approve the temperature and intensity of the illumination; Bicheck said the LED modules are available in 3,000 Kelvin and that dimmable options exist. "They're LED. They're like little LED modules," the vendor said during the presentation. The board signaled support for the proposed approach and to allow planning to finalize illumination parameters.
