A motion by Carpenter, seconded by Barnes, carried to approve minutes from the April 24 regular meeting, the treasurer’s report, disbursements and receipts, payroll and activity fund reports, budget reports, and a FOIA request log. The board also approved the first reading of Press Policy Issue 118 and later approved the 2024–25 final public school calendar. All votes were recorded as unanimous with one member absent.
