Service Director Matt Hiscock explained the replat and right-of-way request for City Lot 1873. He said the original lot was platted under township rules and lacked a city right-of-way dedication; the current request would accept dedication to the center line and 50 feet off the center line of Hartman Road so the property can be divided into two buildable residential parcels of roughly 1.89 acres. "They were asking for a dedication and accepting a dedication right to the center line and 50 ft. off the center line of Hartman Road," Hiscock said.
Council had no questions at the Committee level and Council Member Angela May agreed to sponsor the ordinance. The Clerk assigned Ordinance No. 26-065 and the item will proceed through readings and the normal planning/recordation steps for a replat.
