At a public hearing Aug. 28, Jeffrey Harrington, construction manager for Cambridge Network Solutions, described a proposed installation of 88 feet of underground conduit on South Street to join two existing manholes and connect separate cable runs.
Harrington identified himself for the record and briefly outlined the technical scope; no other members of the public spoke and the council closed the hearing and laid the item on the table for approval. The clerk’s record shows the matter will return with documentation for council action.
"My name is Jeffrey Harrington. I am the construction manager for Cambridge Network Solutions," Harrington said when recognized during the hearing.
